Mode of Selection:
Selection will be based on the performance of candidates at Test, Group Discussion & Interview.
Required Age:
For post 1, 2, 3, 4 Candidates minimum age must not be less than 21 years & maximum age must not be more than 45 years.
For post 5 Candidates minimum age must not be less than 21 years & maximum age must not be more than 35 years.
For post 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12 Candidates minimum age must not be less than 21 years & maximum age must not be more than 28 years.
For post 10 Candidates minimum age must not be less than 22 years & maximum age must not be more than 35 years.
(Upper Age Relaxation of 03 years for OBC, 05 years for SC/ ST, 10 years for PwD)
Essential Qualification:
For post 1, 2 Candidates must have acquired Post Graduation Degree or equivalent in Social Work / Sociology/ Development Studies / Veterinary Science / Agro Economics / Agriculture and allied disciplines from recognized University or Graduation with PG Diploma in Rural Development Management from Nationally Reputed Institution with 05 years of experience in the Thematic Area.
For post 3 Candidates must have acquired Post Graduation in Commerce / Business Management / Economics/ Development Studies/ Social Work/ Rural Development Management or equivalent from a recognized University with 05 years experience in SHG Bank linkage etc.
For post 4 Candidates must have acquired Post Graduation Degree or equivalent in the Development Arena, such as Social Work/ Development Studies/ Rural Development/Management & must have 05 years experience in Monitoring & Evaluation.
For post 5 Candidates must have acquired Post Graduation Degree with PG Diploma or equivalent in Social Work / Development Studies / Rural Management/ Veterinary Science / Agro Economics / Agriculture with 02 years of experience in the Thematic Area.
